1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposit currency: All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the depositing player.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the obd678 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one obd678 account, including under a different name, email address, device, or payment method.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

obd678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period as defined in obd678's operational policies.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent authority.

If an account is closed by obd678 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from obd678.
• Use the obd678 name, logo, or any associated branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data extraction tools on the Platform.

Game content displayed on the obd678 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obd678, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or service interruptions.

obd678's total aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude obd678's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

12 Governing Law & Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and obd678 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting obd678 customer support. obd678 will make a genuine and reasonable effort to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and obd678 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
